HOW IT ALL BEGAN
What started as a helping hand became a shared journey
When Gianpiero decided to embark on his restaurant adventure in Brussels, he turned to his father, Nando, an experienced chef back in Sicily, for a helping hand.
Without hesitation, his father took the first flight to Brussels, planning to stay just long enough to help get the restaurant started before returning home to the rest of the family.
But sometimes, life has other plans.
Brussels slowly became a second home, and what was meant to be a temporary stay turned into a shared adventure.
